【摘要】 目的探讨农村育龄夫妇不孕情况及其危险因素。方法 2012年1~10月采取整群抽样法,随机选择广西壮族自治区北流市4个镇、44个村、18~49岁已婚育龄夫妇为调查对象;筛查出不孕症者再进行不孕症的危险因素调查与分析。结果不孕症患病率为1.28%(272/21 239),原发性不孕占0.71%(151/21 239),继发不孕占0.57%(121/21 239);输卵管梗阻、精液异常是不孕的主要因素。结论加强对农村育龄夫妇生殖健康教育,提倡适龄婚育,对不孕症宜早诊断、早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the infertility and its risk factors of reproductive age population in the rural area. Methods From Janauary to October 2012,chester sampling method was adopted to married couples of child-bearing age with the age of 18-49 who were randomly selected from 44 villages of 4 towns in Beiliu city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The investigation and analysis of risk factors for infertility were conducted among the screened patients with infertility. Results The prevalence rate of infertility was 1.28%(272/21 239),thereinto,primary infertility accounted for 0.71%(151/21 239) and secondary infertility accounted for 0.57%(121/21 239). Fallopian tube obstruction and semen abnormality were the major factors for infertility. Conclusion The reproductive health education should be strengthened among rural couples of reproductive age,marriage in the right age should be advocated,and infertility also should be diagnosed and treated as early as possible.更多还原
