氟钽酸钾结晶用活动式冷却水套的设计与应用
Design and Application of Movable Cooling Water Jacket for Potassium Tantalum Fluoride Crystallization
【摘要】 介绍一种新型活动式冷却水套。该冷却水套与K2TaF7大结晶槽配套使用,可较好地控制冷却结晶过程;通过增减冷却水套数量和控制冷却水流量来控制冷却温度和时间,可较好地控制K2TaF7结晶晶形和粒度,从而提高产品质量和直收率。
【Abstract】 A new type of movable cooling water jacket is introduced,which is used in the large K2TaF7 crystallization tank to properly control the cooling crystallization process.By increasing or decreasing the number of cooling water jackets and the cooling water flow rate to control the cooling temperature and time,the morphology and granularity of K2TaF7 crystal can be well controlled,improving the quality and direct recovery rate of the product.
