石煤钒矿自热拌硫酸熟化-水浸提钒的试验研究

【摘要】 通过在石煤钒矿拌浓硫酸熟化过程中添加外加剂S,使该过程能在自然条件下进行。半工业试验结果表明,石煤钒矿经自热拌酸熟化处理后用水在常温下浸出,V2O5的平均浸出率达85.1%。该工艺具有流程短、设备简单、反应条件温和、V2O5浸出率高、能耗低、对环境友好等优点。

【Abstract】 Sulphuric acid curing of vanadium-containing carbonaceous shale can be carried out under the condition of self-heating by adding the admixture of S during the process.Pilot-scale test results show that vanadium-containing carbonaceous shale can be leached with water at room temperature after the pretreatment of self-heating acid curing,and the leaching rate of V2O5 is 85.1%.The process has the advantages of short flowsheet,simple equipment,mild reaction condition,high V2O5 leaching rate,low energy consumption and environment-friendly flowsheet.
