NdF3-LiF-Nd2O3熔盐体系中Nd2O3的浓度分布研究
Research on Concentration Distribution of Nd2O3 in NdF3-LiF-Nd2O3 Molten Salt
【摘要】 通过自制的高温熔盐多点取样装置来研究电解槽内Nd2O3浓度的分布情况,并分析Nd2O3浓度分布规律的形成原因。结果表明,Nd2O3在NdF3-LiF-Nd2O3熔盐体系中各点的浓度一般不超过4%;Nd2O3浓度在垂直方向的总体分布趋势是从上到下逐渐减小,此分布形式与实际生产过程中的阳极Nd2O3消耗量一致;Nd2O3浓度在水平方向的分布趋势是由阴极向阳极逐渐增大。
【Abstract】 Concentration distribution of Nd2O3in electrolysis cell were studied with self-made multipoint sampling device for high temperature molten salt,and the reason for the regular distribution pattern was analyzed.The results show that concentration of Nd2O3is always less than 4%and its vertical distribution is decreasing from top to bottom,in accordance with Nd2O3consumption near anode in the actual production,while its horizontal distribution is increasing from cathode to anode.
