【摘要】 目的观察鼻渊汤辨证加减联合西医治疗慢性鼻鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 70例慢性鼻鼻窦炎患者随机分成观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鼻渊汤辨证加减治疗,疗程均为28d。疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效、VAS症状评分、症状缓解时间、药物不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(94.29%)明显优于对照组;流涕、鼻塞、头痛评分(2.32±1.16、2.91±0.79、1.81±0.75)、鼻塞通气、嗅觉障碍、鼻黏膜水肿消退、头疼头昏消失时间(3.18±1.02、4.22±1.26、6。18±1.32、2.86±1.23)d明显(P<0.05)。结论鼻渊汤辨证加减联合西医治疗慢性鼻鼻窦炎临床疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状,且无明显不良反应,适合临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with modified Biyuan Decoction(BYD)on the basis of syndrome differentiation with medical treating procedures for the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS).Methods Seventy cases with CRS were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.observing group(OG) and control group(CG),with 35 in each group.Cases in CG were given routine Western medicine treating procedures,while those in OG were treated with BYD,modified on the basis of syndrome differentiation for each case,with their therapeutic courses in both groups lasted for 28 days.By the end of therapeutic course,clinical efficacy of therapy used in this study,scores assaying for main symptoms by VAS method,relieving time of symptoms and adverse effects were evaluated in two groups in a comparative way.Results The total effective rate of OG was94.29%,significantly higher than that of CG,and symptomatic scores of runny nose,nasal blockage,headache were 2.32+1.16,2.91±0.79 and 1.81±0.75 respectively,with the time points(d) of nasal obstruction relieving,dysosmia improving,nasal mucosal edema reducing and headache disappearing being 3.18±1.02,4.22±1.26,6.18±1.32 and 2.86±1.23 respectively,also significantly shorter than that in CG(P<0.05).Conclusions This combined therapy with routine Western medicine treating procedures and BYD,used in a modified way on the basis of syndrome differentiation for each case,can bring about more significant therapeutic effect for treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis,with its clinical symptoms obviously improved and with no obvious adverse effects as well,so that it is suitable for clinical application in a more wider range.更多还原
