【摘要】 近年来,中非在和平与安全领域的合作日益加深,已经呈现多层次、多领域的合作格局。中国与非洲的安全合作促进了非洲的和平与稳定,有利于非洲社会经济的发展,对国际安全治理做出了贡献。中国在非洲的和平与安全领域发挥日益重要的作用,亦面临不少挑战,包括与非洲及西方国家在安全理念和政策上的差异、对"不干涉内政"内涵理解的争议,以及中方自身能力的不足等等,均对中国加强与非洲的安全合作构成严峻的挑战。在可预见的未来,中国仍将加大对非洲和平与安全事务的投入。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cooperation in peace and security between China and Africa started at the end of 1950 s.In recent years,with the deep development of Sino-African relations,China is increasingly involved in African affairs.China has been involved in African peace and security in multiple levels and areas.Security cooperation between China and Africa has enhanced African peace and stability,promoting socio-economic development,and contributing to global security governance.China has been playing an increasing important role in African peace and security,while facing many challenges,which include the differences of Security opinions and policies among China,Africa and the Western countries,the growing of civil society in China,lacking in competency,disputing about the content of the Noninterference in Internal Affairs,and adverse international pressure from the West.In the foreseeable future,some signs show that China will increase its devotion and investment in African peace and security.更多还原
