隧道锚锚碇胶结面剪切流变力学特性研究
Investigation on Shear Rheological Mechanical Properties of Cementation Plane for Tunnel Anchor Anchorage
【摘要】 某悬索桥隧道锚围岩岩体质量较差,均为软岩,围岩与混凝土接触面的剪切流变特性是设计最为关心的问题.对此,采用中剪伺服仪对岩石-混凝土试件进行了胶结面剪切流变试验,得出了隧道锚胶结面的剪应力-剪切位移时程曲线.通过对胶结面试验结果分析,得到了岩石的长期剪切强度参数,与岩石常规快速剪切试验的抗剪强度相比较,长期抗剪强度有所降低.本文采用剪切流变试验曲线,对岩石-混凝土胶结面剪切流变模型进行了反演分析,得到了胶结面黏弹-塑性剪切流变模型的材料参数,结果表明该模型能够反映胶结面的流变特性.
【Abstract】 The tunnel anchor rock masses for a suspension bridge are soft rock and the quality is poor.The shear rheology of the cementation plane between rock and concrete is the most concerned problem.Shear rheology experiments are carried out on the cementation plane between rock and concrete by using a servor-controlled shear testing machine.Time domain related shear stress-shear displacement curves of the tunnel anchor rock masses were obtained.Based on the analysis of the test results of cementation plane,the long-term shear strength parameters of cementation plane samples were found that decreased compared to those given from rapid shear tests.Using the shear rheological curves of cementation plane,the proposed shear rheological model of cementation plane is identified,which gets the viscoelasto-plastic rheological parameters of the cementation plane.The analysis shows that model can reflect the rheological properties of cementation plane.
