简单水热法制备海胆状γ-MnO2超疏水表面
Preparation of Superhydrophobicγ-MnO2 Films with Urchin-like Structures by a Simple Hydrothermal Method
【摘要】 主要介绍了在150℃水热反应条件下以铝为基底制备海胆状γ-MnO2超疏水表面的方法.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角(CA)和滚动角(SA)测试,研究了该种表面的物质组成、微观形貌以及疏水性能.测试结果显示该表面的接触角最高为164.3°,同时滚动角小于5°,达到了超疏水表面的要求.并对制得的表面在-10℃的冰箱环境下进行了防覆冰测试,证明了该表面具有延迟水滴结冰的作用.
【Abstract】 An urchin-like superhydrophobicγ-MnO2 film was successfully prepared via a facile hydrothermal reaction method at 150 ℃ on the aluminum substrates after the simple chemical modification.The surface morphology,composition and wetting performance were studied using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and contact angle measurement,respectively.The results showed that the modifiedγ-MnO2 films exhibited extraordinary superhydrophobicity with a water contact angle of 164.3° as well as a small sliding angle of 5°.Icing behavior of the surfaces was investigated at a working temperature of-10 ℃.The experiments on the freezing time of the different surfaces demonstrated well that such prepared films can largely delay ice formation on the surface.
