【摘要】 目的观察加味参蛤散治疗缓解期支气管哮喘的临床疗效及对肺功能和血液学指标的影响。方法采用随机数字表法,将80例缓解期支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组予加味参蛤散,对照组予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂。4周为1个疗程,连服3个疗程。观察临床疗效、肺功能改善情况及不良反应,检测治疗前后血嗜酸细胞计数(EOC)、血嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),对照组为80.00%(32/40),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值百分比及FEV1/用力肺活量值均较治疗前显著升高,且优于对照组(P<O.05);2组患者EOC、ECP均降低(P<0.05)。结论加味参蛤散治疗缓解期支气管哮喘疗效显著,可明显改善患者的肺功能,抑制嗜酸性细胞聚集。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy, changes in lung function and hematological indexes of bronchial asthma in remission stage treated by Jiawei Shenge powder. Methods Eighty cases of bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(40 cases) and the control group(40 cases), and were treated with Jiawei Shenge powder and Shah Mette Lo fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation therapy respectively. A course of treatment was four weeks and three courses were served. The clinical curative effect and the changes of lung function in patients, serum eosinophil count(EOC), blood eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) and adverse reaction were observed. Results The total effective rate was 95.00%(38/40) in the treatment group and that in the control group was 80.00%(32/40). There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05). FEV1 of expected value and FEV1/FVC value in the treatment group were significantly higher than that of before treatment, and better than those in the control group after treatment(P <0.05). EOC and ECP of the two groups decreased(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Jiawei Shenge powder for bronchial asthma in remission stage is effective. It obviously improves pulmonary function in patients and inhibits the eosinophil accumulation.更多还原
