花岗岩矿石废料混凝土砌块配合比试验研究
A mix proportion optimization design of granite ore waste concrete block
【摘要】 根据花岗岩矿石的特点,选出水灰比、水泥用量、粉渣比3种主要因素,分别用花岗岩矿石粗骨料100%替代天然碎石、用花岗岩石粉部分替代天然砂,通过正交试验,得出各因素对抗压强度及弹性模量的影响程度,从而确定花岗岩矿石废料混凝土砌块的最优配合比,并且检验是否达到目标强度。对花岗岩矿石混凝土和成品砌块的经济性进行分析,分别与普通混凝土和蒸压灰砂砖对比,结果表明,花岗岩矿石混凝土砌块能够达到目标强度,并且具有良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of granite ore,three main factors(cement/water ratio,cement content,powder/slag ratio) were selected,with coarse aggregate of granite ore 100% replacement of natural stone,and granite powder with partial replacement of natural sand. By orthogonal experiment the influential sequence of each factor to compression strength and elastic modulus was arranged. Finally,the best mix proportion of granite ore waste concrete block was presented,and examine whether reach the target strength. Make economic analysis of granite ore concrete and the finished block,and compare with the ordinary concrete and autoclaved sand-lime brick respectively. The results show that the granite ore concrete can reach the target strength,and has good economic benefit.
