【摘要】 目的 评价串联国产Excel、Partner支架治疗冠脉长病变的临床疗效。方法 对55例冠脉长病变患者串联置入国产Excel、Partner支架,随机选择同期59例接受单支架治疗的患者,比较两组在围手术期心肌酶学升高、心绞痛发作及主要心血管事件的发生情况,以及在支架术后6个月接受冠状动脉造影随访情况。结果 两组患者围手术期心肌酶学浓度、围手术期心绞痛发作次数、MACE事件率、靶血管再狭窄率方面比较差异均无统计学意义。结论 串联国产Excel、Partner支架治疗冠脉长病变是安全、有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tandem homemade Excel,Partner stent for treating long segmental lesions of coronary artery.Methods 55 patients were treated with tandem Excel,Partner stent.59 patients were treated with tandem Excel stent.All patients were received coronary angiography 6 months after stents implant.The level of serum myocardial zymogram,the quantity of angina pectoris attacks,the quantity of mayor adverse cardiovascular events and the condition of stent were compared in two groups.Results The serum myocardial zymogram,the quantity of angina pectoris attacks,the quantity of mayor adverse cardiovascular events and the condition of stent were nearly the same between the two groups.Condusion Tandem homemade Excel,Partner stent is safe and effective for treating long segmental lesions of coronary artery.更多还原
