轴承外圈闭式模锻预制坯形状仿真优化研究
Optimization of preform on bearing rings’ closed-die forging process
【摘要】 运用有限元软件对轴承外圈闭式模锻成型进行了数值模拟。研究了三种预制坯方法对模锻过程中金属流动、模具受力、应力应变和温度的影响。以提高变形均匀性和降低载荷为目的,给出了合理的预制坯形状,为轴承外圈和类似锻件的闭式模锻工艺设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 A FEM simulation software has been used to simulate the bearing outer rings’ closed-die forging process. Effect of perform on metal flow,force of punch,stress,strain and temperature has been studied. For the purpose of improving deformation uniformity and reducing the force of punch,a reasonable preform is obtained,which provides a basis for closed-die forging of bearing rings and similar parts.
