运用UG/Ansys的腰椎L4-L5节段有限元分析与验证
Finite element analysis and validation of lumbar L4-L5 segment based on UG/Ansys
【摘要】 在CT图像的基础上实现腰椎L4-L5模型的三维重建,通过UG软件完成网格划分、材料属性设置、边界条件及载荷的添加等有限元预处理并生成解算文件;编辑解算文件,修改LINK180单元实参数,并导入Ansys软件进行有限元分析,完成了在不同载荷下腰椎L4-L5节段的前曲、后伸、侧屈和扭转等分析,通过与相关的实验结果进行比较,验证了模型的有效性。
【Abstract】 The three dimension model of lumbar L4-L5 segment was constructed based on CT image. Preprocessed the Finite Element(FE)model such as meshing,material properties,boundary conditions,load settings and generated Ansys solve file by UG software. The real constant of LINK180 element in the solve file was modified. Imported the solve file to Ansys software and solved. Completed the analysis of flexion,extension,lateral bending and torsion of L4-L5 segment. The validity of FE model was verified by compared the results with the experiment data.
