大型高刚度挠性接管的动态特性测试与分析

【摘要】 在实际应用中,挠性接管的动态性能会影响到其所连接的管路系统。通过对负脉冲法和锤击法的比较,选择了效果较好的负脉冲法对挠性接管进行试验研究。分别对有黏性阻尼和无黏性阻尼挠性接管进行了动态特性试验,得到了响应曲线,通过数据处理和分析,识别出了两种挠性接管的动态性能参数,并分析了其对系统动态性能的影响。

【Abstract】 The dynamic performance of the flexible pipe can affect pipeline system to which the flexible pipe was connected in practice. The experimental study on flexible pipe was carried out using negative pulse method by comparing negative pulse and hammering method. The dynamic characteristics of the flexible pipe with and without damping were tested,respectively. The response curve of dynamic characteristics of the flexible pipe was obtained. The dynamic performance parameters of the two flexible pipes were identified by data processing. Also,effects of the dynamic performance parameters on the dynamic performance of the system were analyzed.
