领导者情绪胜任力模型构建的实证研究——以陕西省厅处级干部为例
The Empirical Study on the Development of Leader’s Emotional Competence Model for Higher Cadres of Shaanxi Province in China
【摘要】 在文献分析和实地访谈基础上,研究设计出领导者情绪胜任特征初始量表,运用SPSS17.0对所选样本数据按自我意识、自我管理、社会意识和关系管理4个分量表分别进行项目、因子和可靠性分析,对分析结果结合各因子所涵题项的内涵进行因子命名,进而筛选出领导者情绪胜任特征要素,并构建出领导者情绪胜任力模型。
【Abstract】 According to literatures and field interview,this paper designs questionnaire about Leader’s Emotional Competencies and makes respectively project analysis,factor analysis and reliability analysis based on first-hand datum according to self-awareness,self-management,social awareness and social skills sub-questionnaires by SPSS17.0.It christens these factors extracted from analysis according to their items,especially these factors value on each item based on empirical analysis.Moreover,the research concludes and settles emotional competencies for cadres in China and conceives Leader’s emotional competence model.
