【摘要】 运动员作为我国社会主义建设事业的一个特殊群体,他们为我国体育事业建设做出了巨大贡献。随着我国经济改革的铺开,运动员安置也由计划安置改革为经济补偿后自主就业。由于体制改革和运动员自身的原因,退役运动员再就业存在诸多障碍。为了实现体育运动员的人力资源开发,应当从以下方面着手:提高教练员训练水平,开展科学训练,提高运动员学历水平,指导运动员进行生涯规划,开展职业技能培训,健全社会保障机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Athletes are a special group of people who have made great contributions to the construction of sports in China. With the economic reform in China fully under way, the placement of athletes has changed from arrangement plan into finding jobs by themselves after economic compensation. Due to restructuring and their own reasons, there are many obstacles in the re-employment of retired athletes. In order to achieve human resource development in sports, it is recommended to proceed from the following aspects: enhancing the training level of coaches; conducting scientific training; upgrading the athletes’ education; guiding them to make career plan, carrying out vocational training and improving the social security system.更多还原
