【Abstract】 the talented training program of higher vocational college should serve the development of regional economy, and they should be of complementary relations and form a mutual acceleration mechanism. We investigate the current relationship between personnel training program of Xingtai Vocational College and its regional economic development, then analyze the factors that prevent their mutual further development.
