碳排放限额约束下项目导向型供应链集成调度

【摘要】 分析碳排放限额约束下项目导向型供应链的集成调度问题,探研项目导向型供应链不同合作形式下碳排放量、成本和工期的多目标优化策略,并构建碳排放限额约束下项目导向型供应链的集成调度模型.利用正态云模型中云滴的随机性与稳定性的特征改进遗传算法中交叉算子与变异算子的设置方式,并对模型进行算例分析和有效性验证.结果表明,项目导向型合作供应链碳排放量虽然较大,但成本最小且工期最短;项目导向型半合作供应链的工期和成本都略高于项目导向型合作供应链,但碳排放量在三者中最小;项目导向型独立供应链的碳排放量、成本和工期都最大.

【Abstract】 The problem of integrated scheduling of project oriented supply chain with carbon emission constraints is proposed.Carbon emission,cost and duration as a multi-objective optimization strategy are analyzed with different cooperation forms in a project oriented supply chain.The paper improves the set of crossover and mutation operator in a genetic algorithm through taking advantage of the randomness and stability of droplets of normal cloud model and carries out an example analysis to verify the effectiveness of the method in this paper.The results show that project oriented supply chain has the lowest cost and the shortest duration,although a larger carbon emission;in project oriented semi-cooperate cooperation supply chain,both duration and cost tend to be higher,but carbon emission is the lowest;in project oriented non-cooperate cooperation supply chains,carbon emission,cost and duration all are the largest.
