【摘要】 目的通过测定髋部骨折患者的抗凝血酶(antithrombin,AT)、D二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)的水平变化,评价其在术后血栓中的预防、诊断及预后判断的应用价值。方法检测79例髋部骨折手术后患者(22例术后血栓为VTE组;57例无血栓者为非VTE组)及50例健康体检者血浆AT、D-D水平。结果 VTE组及非VTE组与健康对照组比较,AT、D-D水平在术前及术后12 h均有显著异常(P<0.05);抗凝治疗后VTE组与非VTE组AT、D-D水平比较有显著异常(P<0.05)。结论通过动态监测骨折手术患者的AT、D-D水平对于术后VTE的预防、早期诊断及抗凝治疗效果的评价具有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the determination of hip fracture patients of antithrombin,D-dimer level changes,to evaluate its postoperative concurrent blood clots in the prevention,diagnosis and prognosis judgment of value. Methods Detection of 79 cases of hip fracture surgery patients( 22 cases of postoperative thrombosis were divided into group of VTE,57 cases of no postoperative thrombosis were divided into group of non VTE) and 50 cases of healthy check-up AT,D-dimer level.
