中国电子商务发展的可持续性——以企业家才能内生提升为视角
The Sustainable Development of China’s E-Commerce——From the Perspective of Entrepreneur’s Ability Endogenous Enhancement
【摘要】 企业家要素配置才能提升是中国电子商务快速发展的重要驱动源,两者之间的良性互动则是后者持续发展的关键。通过剖析该"互动"的机理与途径后发现,内生是其共同特征,这主要体现在:企业家"干中学"绩效内生提升、马歇尔外部经济内生增进、"政"与"企"的内生协同三方面。这一内生属性可使效率导向下的企业家才能提升成为中国电子商务市场规模不断扩大的源头活水,而电子商务的网络效应又会强化这一趋势,激励相容的"政""企"协同可使两者之间的良性互动呈螺旋上升的态势。由此表明,将企业家创新与技术创新融为一体,创新与创业相得益彰,使得电子商务有望成为中国经济转型升级与增长的新引擎,其快速、健康、持续的发展是可以期待的。
【Abstract】 The enhancement of entrepreneur’s ability of factors allocation is the important drive source for the rapid development of China’s e-commerce, the positive interaction between them would be the key for the latter sustainable development. Study on the mechanism and realization approach finds that, endogeneity is their common characteristic, which is mainly embodied in: the endogenous enhancement for entrepreneur’s performance in "learning-by-doing"; the endogenous increase for Marshall Externalities; the endogenous collaboration for government and enterprises. These endogenous properties would make the entrepreneur’s ability enhancement driven by efficiency become the fountainhead for constant expansion of China’s e-commerce market size, and the network effect of e-commerce would strengthen this trend, incentive compatibility and collaboration between the government and enterprises would result in their positive interaction with the trend of the spiral.
