【摘要】 目的建立白酒组分的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。方法利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,以某品牌酱香型白酒为样本,对白酒GC-MS分析方法的条件进行了系统优化。结果确定的方法用于酒样测定,样品组分得到较好分离。结论该方法可用于白酒和真假白酒分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determining components of liquor by GC-MS.Methods The analytical conditions of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were systematically optimized and eight kinds of liquor were analyzed.Results sixty-five compounds were detected in one kinds of liquor and the spectra of all liquor samples were different.Conclusion The method can be used for analysis of liquor components.更多还原
