【摘要】 目的研制能使陈旧生物斑迹中所含的ABO血型物质快速溶解的稀释液,利用胶体金技术快速检验法医学中常见的陈旧的生物斑迹的ABO血型表现型。方法溶解生物斑迹中所含的ABO血型物质,利用ABO血型胶体金试剂条,检测72份已知血型的志愿者的血斑、唾液斑以及2份案件中的陈旧血斑(18年前)。结果 72份志愿者及陈旧血斑的ABO血型分型正确、检验快速、操作简便。结论该方法可用于检测法医中常见的陈旧的生物斑迹的ABO血型表现型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a blood diluent for aged bloodstain grouping by using colloidal gold test strip.Methods 72volunteersblood and saliva stains and 2eighteen years old case samples were treated with developed diluent and then tested by strip of colloidal gold.Results The ABO blood groups of 72volunteers and 2aged case samples were obtained correctly.Conclusion This method is easy to operate and can be used for detection of ABO blood groups in forensic science.更多还原
