【摘要】 对江苏省124名参训园长的调查显示,园长对于各类培训主题、培训形式的评价得分属于中等偏高水平,对培训主题和培训形式整体比较满意;培训主题中,得分最高并超过4.5分的是幼儿园管理类主题和幼儿园文化建设类主题;培训形式中,得分均值最高并超过4.5分的是幼儿园现场观摩学习和个别指导学习;所在地区对学前教育政策类主题、课题研究类主题、儿童观与教育观类主题的评价影响显著;学历、所在地区、参训年度对"你讲我听的讲座类学习"形式的评价影响显著。今后,应加强园长培训的理论研究,在培训主题上突出园长的实践需要,采取多样化的培训形式,以进一步提高园长培训的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 A questionnaire was used to investigate 124 kindergarten directors’ appraisal on the training provided by the government. The survey showed that the appraisal scores of the training topics and the training forms were higher than the theoretical average points; the highest scores of eight training topics were the kindergarten management and kindergarten cultural construction, and the highest scores of four training forms were the kindergarten observing learning and individual guidance learning. In order to promote the training of kindergarten directors, we should strengthen the study of training, extrude the needs of practice in training topic, and adopt diversity training forms.更多还原
