【Abstract】 Now in Youshui River and Wujiang River basin of the southeast area in Chongqing,there is no strict sense of the Gelao people,but in ancient times it was the base and headquarters for Gelao people to live in. It is evidenced by many places of historic interest and many preserved custom.
