【摘要】 针对我国农科院校传统研究生培养模式存在的不足,结合社会实际和我国农科院校需求,依托"农业企业研究生工作站"平台,从培养过程、评价体系、质量控制和经费保障四个方面,探索出宽口径、重实践的以"农业企业研究生工作站"为平台的创新性培养模式.经实践检验,该培养模式具有投资少、效果好、培养的研究生质量高、模式可复制的特点,表现出很好的推广应用前景,同时学生就业前景非常乐观.更多还原
