离子交换纤维吸附黄芩苷的动力学与热力学研究
Kinetic and Thermodynamic Studies on Absorption of Anion Exchange Fiber in Baicalin
【摘要】 采用自制的强碱性阴离子交换纤维对黄芩苷的吸附特性进行研究.在温度为298~333K和质量浓度为10.00~60.00mg/L的范围内时,离子交换纤维对黄芩苷的吸附数据拟合符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温方程,从而得到吸附过程中的吸附焓、吉布斯自由能和吸附熵;并且运用动边界模型描述了吸附过程的动力学,得到离子交换纤维内扩散控制交换过程的表观活化能41.08kJ/mol、反应级数2.190、速率常数8.435×10-4及动力学方程式.
【Abstract】 The absorption performance of baicalin by means of self-made anion exchange fiber(IEF)has been studied.The absorption equilibrium data of baicalin on IEF within the temperature range of 298~ 333Kand the concentration range of 10~60mg/L accorded with the Langmuir-type and Freundlich-type adsorption isotherm equations.Furthermore,the adsorption enthalpy,the Gibbs free energy and the entropy have been obtained.Besides,Moving Boundary Model has been applied to describe the absorption kinetics of baicalin on IEF.For the dominant procedure of ion diffusion through IEF,the apparent activation energy 41.08kJ/mol,reaction order 2.190,rate speed constant 8.435×10-4 and kinetics equation have been obtained.
