板栗雄性不育的形态学观察

【摘要】 为揭示不完全雄花败育资源板栗雄性不育1号(Cms-1)的形态学特征,本文从形态观察、花粉萌发率测定和解剖分析等方面进行了研究。结果表明:①Cms-1雄花序上部败育,下部雄花发育正常且具有一定的萌发率(24.5%);②解剖发现,Cms-1花粉发育经历了雄花序原基形成期、雄花簇原基形成期、花朵原基形成期和雄蕊形成期,之后发育停止,花序轴维管束细胞破解,维管束收缩,进而雄花败育,因此推断Cms-1败育与维管束发育异常有关,其败育主要发生在雄蕊分化期阶段,处于孢原细胞分化和造孢细胞形成前期。雄花败育的自然特性使Cms-1在板栗杂交育种中具有独特的应用价值。

【Abstract】 In order to reveal the morphological characteristics of Cms-1,an incomplete male sterile germplasm was studied based on morphology investigation,test of pollen germination rate and anatomy study. The result showed that,( i) the upper part of male inflorescence on Cms-1 were sterile,but the lower part had a certain pollen germination( 24. 5 %);( ii) Anatomy study showed that,after formation of the primordium of the male inflorescence,the floral cluster,the individual floret and the stamen,the development of male inflorescence stopped; rachis vascular destroyed and shrinkage,and then the male inflorescence aborted,so the vascular development and the male sterility of Cms-1 were co-related,and the main sterile stage was differentiation of stamen and the mail period were differentiation of archesporial cell and previous of sporogenous cell formation. The male inflorescence abortion of Cms-1 make it play an very important role in hybridization.
