低磷胁迫对水稻不同基因型苗期氮、磷、钾吸收利用的影响

【摘要】 从营养学角度了解不同耐低磷水稻基因型在低磷胁迫时各基因型对氮、磷、钾3大营养元素的吸收能力及利用能力的差异。结果表明,水稻各基因型对低磷胁迫的适应能力与氮肥、钾肥的吸收量相关不显著,与磷肥的吸收量达显著负相关,即低磷胁迫下耐低磷基因型吸收磷肥量较正常磷处理下明显增加,低磷敏感基因型吸收磷肥量较正常磷处理下明显减少;水稻各基因型植株含氮量与氮效率、植株含磷量与磷效率、植株含钾量与钾效率之间均无显著相关性。根据植株肥料利用效率(干重/含肥量)将水稻不同基因型分为4类:Ⅰ增效型、Ⅱ受抑制型、Ⅲ钝感型、Ⅳ互作型。在耐低磷基因型筛选时应选择肥效类型属Ⅰ型和Ⅳ互作型中磷肥利用效率较正常磷处理下增加的水稻基因型。

【Abstract】 The differences were identified and evaluated among rice varieties in fertilizer absorption and utilization based on low-phosphorus condition at seedling stage in this study. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between the adaptability of different rice genotypes and the absorption amount of N,K under the low phosphorus stress,but it was significantly negative correlation with absorption amount of P. Namely the absorption amount of P,which belonged to get the resistant genotypes of low P,was significantly increased than normal P treatment under the low phosphorus stress,but the absorption amount of P was significantly decreased for the sensitive genotype of low P. There was no significant correlation between the nitrogen content and the nitrogen efficiency,P content and P efficiency of plant,K content and K efficiency of plant in different rice genotypes. According to the fertilizer use efficiency( dry weight / fertilizer consumption),different rice genotypes can be divided into four categories: Ⅰ efficiency type,Ⅱ inhibited type,Ⅲ insensitive type,Ⅳ interactions type. So, the rice genotypes of the P fertilizer use efficiency more than the normal P treatment between the type Ⅰ and type Ⅳshould be chosen for screening the resistant genotypes of low P.
