【摘要】 目的探讨在绝经后激素替勃龙(7-甲基异炔诺酮,tibolone)补充治疗期间发生子宫异常出血的内膜组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血管生成素-2(Ang-2)的表达情况及与微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。方法采用免疫组化和实时定量PCR法,分析绝经后服用替勃龙期间子宫异常出血者内膜组织中VEGF和Ang-2蛋白情况、MVD(CD34+细胞)计数结果及VEGF和Ang-2mRNA表达情况,并与对照组进行比较。结果治疗组VEGF和Ang-2阳性表达率、过表达率、mRNA表达量及MVD计数结果均较非治疗组高(P<0.05);MVD与VEGF和Ang-2的表达均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论绝经后替勃龙治疗可能诱导了子宫内膜组织中VEGF和Ang-2表达增加,促进血管的过度生成而引发异常出血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of VEGF and Ang-2 in postmenopausal abnormal endometrial bleeding during hormone replacement therapy( HRT). Methods The VEGF and Ang-2 protein expression and MVD( CD34 + cell count) were determined using IHC and qRT-PCR assay and compared in the endometrial tissues of 42 patients with abnormal bleeding receiving tibolone or not. Results The MVD,positive rates of VEGF and Ang-2 expression,and the percentages of VEGF and Ang-2overexpression in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the non-treatment group( P <0. 05). The MVD significantly positively correlated with the VEGF and Ang-2 expression( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The increasing of VEGF and Ang-2 in endometrium with abnormal bleeding during Tibolone therapymay may promote endometrial hypervascularization and lead to a decrease in the vascular stability,eventually leading to the abnormal bleeding during postmenopause.更多还原
