【Abstract】 According to connotations and characteristics of both ecological civilization and ecological civilization construction,and the constructional principle of ecological civilization evaluation index system,we have carried out a research based on analyzes of the present situation of environmental quality and ecological construction of the Pengshui county of the Chongqing City,by taking ecological civilization construction in the Pengshui County as an example.The construction of civilization and construction of index system of urban and rural ecological approach have been discussed,while the problem of sustainable development has also been investigated by the means of the perspective scientific outlook on development.更多还原
