【摘要】 目的观察替考拉宁治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)合并革兰阳性球菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析62例AECOPD合并革兰阳性球菌感染患者的临床资料,给予替考拉宁治疗,疗程3~10 d。观察患者临床疗效、细菌学清除率及不良反应发生情况。结果替考拉宁治疗AECOPD合并革兰阳性球菌感染有效率为87.1%(54/62),细菌学清除率为72.6%(45/62)。治疗过程中2例出现轻微胃肠道反应,对症处理后好转,不良反应发生率为3.2%(2/62)。结论替考拉宁治疗AECOPD合并革兰阳性球菌感染疗效确切,具有良好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of teicoplanin on AECOPD complicated with gram-positive cocci infection and the safety. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 62 cases with AECOPD complicated with grampositive cocci infection; teicoplanin was administrated and the course last from 3 days to 10 days; observation was made to the clinical curative effect,the bacterial clearance rate and the occurrence of side effects. Results The effective rate of teicoplanin in treating AECOPD complicated with gram-positive cocci infection was 87. 1%( 54 /62) and the bacterial clearance rate was 72. 6%( 45 /62);slight gastrointestinal reactions occurred in 2 cases in the course and were relieved after symptomatic treatment; the occurrence of side effects was 3. 2%( 2 /62).
