普通变形杆菌生物被膜形成能力及特性分析
Characterization and biofilm forming ability of Proteus vulgaris
【摘要】 采用结晶紫染色法对18株扬子鳄源普通变形杆菌进行生物被膜测定,并选取其中1株生物被膜形成能力较强的菌株进行特性分析。结果显示,在受试的18株普通变形杆菌中,14株生物被膜形成能力较强,3株具有中等强度的生物被膜形成能力。碳源种类对普通变形杆菌生物被膜形成的能力有一定影响,当在培养基中加0.20%的葡萄糖或蔗糖时,其形成生物被膜能力最强;普通变形杆菌浮游态和生物被膜态对巨噬细胞RAW264.7的抗吞噬能力无明显差异。本研究为进一步研究生物被膜形成机制、变形杆菌抗吞噬机制、生物被膜的清除以及扬子鳄变形杆菌病防治等提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 Crystal violet staining was used to investigate the biofilm formations of 18 Proteus vulgaris strains isolated from Chinese alligator.And a strain with the strongest biofilm formation ability was selected to investigate the characteristics of biofilms. The results showed that among the tested P. vulgaris strains,14 had stronger biofilm formation ability,and 3 were at the medium level. Effects of carbon source on the biofilms formation were related to the concentration of the carbon. The ability to form biofilm could be enhanced significantly when 0. 20% of glucose or sucrose was added in the media. Phagocytosis of RAW264. 7 to the planktonic cells or biofilms of P. vulgaris were similar. The study will provide a basis for further investigation on the mechanism of biofilm formation,the mechanism of anti-phagocytosis and removal of biofilms in P. vulgaris.
