XGR干扰床分选机在中心洗煤厂的应用

【摘要】 介绍了XGR干扰床分选机的结构、工作原理、技术特点及技术参数,并分析了该设备在中心洗煤厂的应用效果。采用该干扰床分选机分选三层煤泥时的I值为0.202,数量效率为80.96%,精煤平均灰分为11.45%;分选九层煤泥时的I值为0.259,数量效率为88.52%,精煤平均灰分为8.14%,分选效果良好。根据XGR干扰床分选机在中心洗煤厂的应用情况和粗煤泥回收系统的优化经验,提出了几点应用建议。

【Abstract】 The paper introduced the structure,working principle,technical characteristics and parameters of XGR teeter bed separator,analyzed the application effects of XGR in Zhongxin coal preparation plant. Separate the 3#seam coal with the TBS,imperfection value is 0. 202,the organic efficiency is80. 96% and average ash content of clean coal is 11. 45%,when separate the 9#seam coal,imperfection value is 0. 259,the organic efficiency is 88. 52% and average ash content of clean coal is 8. 14%,which obtained good separation effect. Based on the application practice of XGR and coarse slime system optimization situation in Zhongxin coal preparation plant,this paper put forward some suggestions for using XGR teeter bed separator.
