【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠合并梅毒患者的心理状况及进行心理干预的临床效果。方法:选取妊娠合并梅毒患者118例,随机分为对照组(n=58)和观察组(n=60),使其有可比性。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施心理干预。对两组患者不良情绪进行调查,并分别采用SCL-90和CSQ对两组患者的心理状况及应对方式进行评价。结果:经过干预,SCL-90量表各因子得分均明显低于对照组,应对解决得分明显低于对照组,应对自责得分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠合并梅毒患者多有自卑、焦虑、侥幸等不良情绪,给予其积极的心理干预,可以有效减少不良情绪的发生,改善患者的心理状况,提高其解决问题的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the psychological status of pregnant women with syphilis and clinical effects of psychological intervention. Methods: 118 pregnant women with syphilis were randomly divided into control group(n = 58) and observation group(n = 60). Patients in the control group received routine care,while patients in the observation group were given additional psychological intervention on such basis. Unhealthy emotions of the two groups were investigated and SCL- 90 and CSQ were adopted to evaluate the psychological status and copingstyles of the two groups. Results: After intervention,compared with the control group,the SCL- 90 scale scores of observation group were significantly lower; scores for response to solve were significantly lower and scores for response to remorse were significantly higher,with statistically significant difference(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Many pregnant women with syphilis are of low self- esteem,anxious and other negative emotions.
