【摘要】 冬虫夏草是一种名贵的中药,野生冬虫夏草和人工种植的蛹虫草及发酵菌丝体含有多种对人体有益的化学成分。通过归纳虫草提取物的抑菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,总结了虫草的功效成分虫草酸、虫草多糖、腺苷、虫草素的检测分析方法。指出以虫草为原料的产品种类繁多,虫草的保健食品市场前景广阔,因此建立虫草原料的技术要求和出台虫草功效成分检测方法的国家标准显得尤为重要,提高产品质量安全控制水平,建立产品功效性验证的有效办法值得深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cordyceps sinensis(Berk.) Sacc. is one of the most famous traditional Chinese medical herbs. Thispaper reviewed the various chemical ingredients of Cordyceps sinensis, summarized the pharmacologicaleffects of cordyceps extract including antibacterial, anti-viral, and anti-tumor, summed up the detection andanalysis methods of cordyceps acid, cordyceps polysaccharides, adenosine, cordycepin.
