【摘要】 为了提升安徽省地道中药材霍山石斛的标准化生产水平,促进霍山石斛产业健康发展,开展了霍山石斛生产质量管理规范研究。以《中药材生产质量管理规范》为指导原则,参考相关国家标准,结合生产实践及最新研究,对霍山石斛栽培的品种特性、生态环境、种苗标准、组培苗质量、组培苗驯化、栽培基质、施肥技术、采收与加工、包装、运输及档案等标准操作规程进行了研究。明确了各个过程的操作细节,制定了霍山石斛的生产质量管理规范。这些研究有利于促进霍山石斛的标准化生产,达到"优质、高产、稳定、可控"的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve the standardized production of Dendrobium huoshanense, a Chinese medical herb in Anhui province, good agricultural practice(GAP) for Dendrobium huoshanense was studied. It helped to develop Dendrobium huoshanense industry healthy. Depended on the instructive rules of GAP of Chinese crude drugs, the techniques for standard operating procedure(SOP) of Dendrobium huoshanense were investigated, including cultivars, ecological environment, standard of seedling, seedling quality of tissueculture, domestication of the tissue seedling, culture medium, fertilizer application technology, post-harvest processing, packaging, transporting, recording, etc.. The details of the operation process were carried out, and the GAP of Dendrobium huoshanense was drafted. This study helped to improve the standardized production level of Dendrobium huoshanense. It was useful to achieve the objective of "high quality, high yield, achieve stable,controllable".The SOP for Dendrobium huoshanense had been studied and established.更多还原
