Objective To modify the anterior surface of hydrophobic acrylic intraocular lens(IOL),then observe the microstructure changes on the surface of those IOL. Methods Monomer vinyl pyrrolidone was grafted onto the hydrophobic acrylic IOL,and the TiO2 surface modification were produced.
