【摘要】 目的探讨体检与健康管理中心实施科室文化建设后的效果及经验。方法随机抽取2010-2013年的体检受检人员及体检中心工作人员进行问卷调查,并统计体检中心科研成果及体检人次等资料。对实施科室文化建设前后的体检受检人员满意度、医务工作人员满意度、科室社会效益及科研成绩变化进行对比分析,并对取得的成绩及经验进行总结。结果实施科室文化建设后,体检受检人员满意度明显提高(P<0.001);医务工作人员对科室的总体满意度得到明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施科室文化建设后,科室科研水平及医务人员积极性明显提高,科研成果数目明显增多;实施科室文化建设后,体检人数稳步上升,模型检验结果R2=0.884,P=0.00。结论科室文化建设的实施可以提高体检与健康管理中心整体医疗和服务质量,并获得了极好的社会效益,可以继续完善和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the benefits and experience from the implementation of culture construction in the health examination center.Methods Randomly select medical examinees and medical staff in the examination center from 2010 to 2013to conduct a questionnaire survey;collect and analyze the data of scientific research and physical checkup information in medical centers;compare and analyze the results pre-and-post culture building in satisfaction level of medical examinees and medical staff,the changes in scientific achievements and social benefits.Results With the culture construction in the health examination center,the satisfaction of the customers with medical staff and medical quality improved significantly(P <0.001);the satisfaction of medical staff with the examination center improved significantly,with statistical significant difference(P <0.05);culture construction stimulated the enthusiasm and scientific research in medical staff.Conclusion The implementation of culture construction in the health examination center improved its medical quality and service quality and social benefits as well.It needs perfection and better promotion更多还原
