锥形束CT在发现上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管中的应用价值
The application value of cone beam CT in the detection of the 2nd mesiobuccal canal(MB2) of maxillary first permanent molar
【摘要】 目的探讨锥形束CT(CBCT)扫描法在发现离体上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管(MB2)中的应用价值。方法分别采用常规开髓肉眼观察、根管显微镜下探查及CBCT扫描寻找上颌第一磨牙MB2,并记录上颌第一磨牙MB2发现率,进行统计学分析。结果常规开髓肉眼观察及根管显微镜条件下探查上颌第一磨牙MB2的发现率分别为51.11%、66.67%,CBCT扫描上颌第一磨牙MB2的发现率为84.44%,高于常规肉眼观察及根管显微镜检查,肉眼下常规开髓、应用根管显微镜及CBCT扫描时上颌第一磨牙MB2的发现率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CBCT扫描上颌第一磨牙MB2的发现率最高,与常规肉眼观察及根管显微镜的发现率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBCT技术可以准确定位上颌第一磨牙MB2的位置,可以真实反映上颌第一磨牙MB2的解剖形态,图像清晰,可为临床诊疗提供可靠依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the detection rates of the 2nd mesiobuccal canal(MB2)of the extracted maxillary first permanent molar with Cone beam CT(CBCT).Methods 90cases of maxillary first permanent molar were collected for MB2detection by traditional coronal cavity preparation,root canal microscope and CBCT respectively.The detection rates of MB2were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results The detection rates of MB2by the traditional coronal cavity preparation,root canal microscope and CBCT were 51.11%,66.67%and 84.44%respectively.Significant discrepancies were found in these three ways.The detection rates of MB2by CBCT were significantly higher than those by the traditional coronal cavity preparation and root canal microscope.Conclusion Detection rate of MB2can be greatly improved by the application of CBCT and CBCT can provide reliable information for the clinical treatment of periodontal disease.
