碘摄入量与脂代谢的相关研究
On the relationship between iodine intake level and the plasma lipid levels
【摘要】 目的探讨正常甲状腺功能状态下,人群中碘摄入量与血脂水平的关系。方法对新疆乌鲁木齐地区1 693成人进行体格检查、问卷调查,并测定平均尿碘中位数、甲状腺功能、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-Ch)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-Ch)水平。根据不同碘摄入量分为碘缺乏组、碘充足/超足量组和碘过量组,比较3组血脂水平及血脂异常率。结果 3组TG、TC、HDL-Ch和LDL-Ch水平均无统计学差异(P>0.05);3组TG、TC、HDL-Ch和LDL-Ch异常率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。单变量线性回归分析显示:MUI与TG、TC、HDL-Ch和LDL-Ch均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺功能正常情况下,人群中碘摄入量与血脂水平可能无明确的相关性。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association between iodine intake level and lipid metabolism in human bodies with normal thyroid function.Methods A total of 1 693subjects were investigated.Serum thyroid hormones,urinary iodine concentration and plasma lipid levels were determined in all participants.According to different iodine intake levels,the normal thyroid function participants were classified into three groups:iodine deficiency group(ID group),iodine adequate and more than adequate group(IA group)and iodine excess group(IE group).The study compared lipids(TG,TC,HDL-Ch and LDL-Ch)and the abnormal rate of each lipid indicator in three groups.Correlation between iodine intake level and blood lipids was also studied.Results There were no significant difference of lipid levels(TG,TC,HDL-Ch and LDL-Ch)among three groups(P>0.05).There were no statistical difference of abnormal rate of each lipid indicator among three groups(P>0.05).There was no correlation between iodine intake level and lipid levels(TG,TC,HDL-Ch and LDL-Ch)(P >0.05).Conclusion In normal thyroid function population, there is no difference of lipid levels among different iodine intake and there is no clearly association between iodine intake and lipid levels.
