【摘要】 新疆高等戏剧影视艺术教育历程,分为孕育诞生期到逐步发展期二个阶段,并建立了独具新疆特色的办学体系,为培养新疆少数民族戏剧影视人才做出了突出贡献。总结"坚持以德为先,坚持改革创新、与时俱进,坚持短期、中长期规划的有机结合"等基本经验,并提出了新疆高等戏剧影视艺术教育应处理好发展与稳定的关系、加强师资队伍建设、加强影视戏剧艺术学研究生教育等三点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article described the development process of higher education of arts of film and drama in Xinjiang from the birth stage to the development stage. The school system with Xinjiang characteristics was established and outstanding contributions were made to cultivate artistic talents of minority in Xinjiang. It summarized the basic experience in higher education of arts of film and drama in Xinjiang, such as adhering to virtue first, adhering to reform and innovation, adhering to the combination of the short, medium and long term planning. And it offered three proposals, which is that how to handle the relationship between development and stability of higher education of arts of film and drama in Xinjiang, how to strengthen teachers construction and how to strengthen the graduate education of film and drama arts.更多还原
