一种新型节能式凸轮机构抽油机设计
Design of a New Energy-saving Cam Pumping Unit
【摘要】 抽油机是油田中最为重要的设备之一,传统的抽油机多为游梁式抽油机,游梁式抽油机虽然结构简单,工作可靠,但其抽、吸过程中抽油泵活塞运动始终为简谐运动,所以惯性损失较大,工作效率较低。本文设计的单柱凸轮机构节能式抽油机是一种采用双螺旋往复机构的无游梁抽油机,因为单柱双向螺旋凸轮柱自动换向,抽、吸过程中抽油泵活塞运动绝大部分时间为匀速运动,所以惯性损失较小,从而具有节能降耗和提高效率的优点。
【Abstract】 Nowadays,most beam-pumping units have been used in most of the oilfields.Beam-pumping units are reliable and their structure is simple,while their piston pumping process are always simple harmonic motion,which has a quite big friction loses and low work efficiency.Single column energy-saving type cam pumping unit is a kind of no-beam pumping unit which adopts double spiral reciprocating mechanism,and it realizes automatic reversing by its single column double spiral structure.Most of the process of single column energy-saving type cam pumping unit is uniform motion,which makes it more effective.
