牛环形泰勒虫病的PCR诊断
PCR Diagnoses of T. anulata Infectious in Cattle in Parts of Toksun County
【摘要】 【目的】梨形虫病是一类由蜱传播的人畜共患血液原虫病的总称,呈地方性流行。早期查出托克逊县部分地区牛梨形虫虫病的病原,为该地区的牛梨形虫病的综合防治提供参考。【方法】在托克逊县部分地区随机采集疑似牛血样(N=50),采用病原学检测方法和PCR检测方法进行诊断。【结果】在采集的50份疑似牛血样中,血液涂片结果阳性率为30%(15/50);PCR诊断结果阳性率为40%(20/50);其阳性率与动物接种实验(兔)的结果基本一致(34%和40%)。【结论】血液涂片法直观、简便、经济实用,是基层工作者检测寄生虫病原的常用方法之一,而PCR检测法敏感性高于血液涂片法,易用于该病的早期诊断。该地区的牛染虫率较高,可能与蜱虫较多的原因有关,为控制环形泰勒虫病的进一步传播,需加强灭蜱工作。
【Abstract】 【Objective】Piroplasmosis is general term for a tick- borne zoonotic blood protozoosis which is endemic and seriously affects the healthy development of the county animal husbandry. This project aims to detect earlier the infection of Piroplasmosis in cattle in parts of Toksun County. 【Method】Suspected bovine blood( N = 50) was randomly sampled from parts of Toksun County and diagnosed with pathogen detection methods and PCR detection methods. 【Result】The results showed that in 50 blood samples of blood,30% of the blood smear were positive( 15 /50),and the PCR diagnosis was positive for 40%( 20 /50). Compared with positive rate of the animal inoculation experiment,the results were consistent with( 34% and 40%).【Conclusion】Blood smear method is intuitive,simple,economical and practical,is one of the commonly used method of grass- roots workers to detect pathogenic parasites,and the PCR assay sensitivity is higher than the blood smear,easy for the early diagnosis of the disease. The region’s cattle dyeing rate is higher,may by associated with a tick more reason,for the control loop Taylor further spread of the disease,to strengthen work out the ticks. The results of diagnostic data can provided reference for comprehensive prevention and control the bovinepiroplasmosis in the region.
