开放教育资源的知识产权面临的挑战与解决策略研究
Research on Intellectual Property Rights of Open Educational Resources: Challenges and Strategies
【摘要】 伴随开放教育资源的飞速发展,在处理其知识产权问题时面临严峻的挑战。文章通过对开放教育资源知识产权问题的全面阐释和对CC组织处理开放教育资源知识产权问题时所采取行动的深入评析,旨在为我国开放教育资源的版权保护与合法使用提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of open educational resources, there are severe challenges when dealing with intellectual property rights. This paper has a comprehensive discussion on intellectual property rights problems occured in open educational resources,and also has thorough illustration on appropriate actions should take by CC organization when those problem happened, it aims to provide suggestions on copyright protection of open educational resources and legal use of it.
