【摘要】 目的观察周围神经松解术联合营养神经药物复方三维B对腕管综合征的临床疗效。方法收集本门诊60例腕管综合征患者,经知情同意后随机分为2组,治疗组采用周围神经松解术联合复方三维B,对照组单纯使用复方三维B药物治疗。使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和整体症状分数表(GSS)分别于治疗后1个月和6个月对患者进行评价。结果治疗组在VAS及症状积分等指标方面均优于单纯药物对照组。另外,治疗后6个月的随访表明,2组与发病前比较差异有统计学意义,且治疗组优于对照组。结论周围神经松解术联合药物复方三维B对腕管综合征治疗效果肯定,临床疗效明显优于单纯药物组,远期疗效好,值得推广与进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the peripheral neurodynamic technique combined with compound vitamin B1,B2,B12 in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods A total of 60 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,an experimental group treated with the peripheral neurodynamic technique combined with compound vitamin B1,B2,B12 and a control group treated with compound vitamin B1,B2,B12 only. By using the visual analog scale( VAS) and global symptom score( GSS); the effects were evaluated one month and six months after the treatment,respectively. Results The VAS symptom scores and other indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. In addition,the six month follow-up showed that in both groups,the symptoms significantly improved,and the indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. Conclusions The peripheral neurodynamic technique combined with compound vitamin B1,B2,B12 in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome has a definitely good efficiency and is worth of promotion.更多还原
