【摘要】 目的探讨上海市高中生自行车骑行行为特征及其影响因素,为制定环境卫生干预措施及城市规划提供参考。方法以社会生态模型为理论框架,以上海市694名高中生为研究对象,采用问卷调查收集数据,对自行车骑行行为的影响因素进行分析。结果社会环境变量中,骑车氛围(好OR=1.513,差OR=2.957)、家长支持度(OR=2.765)是影响骑车行为的重要因素(P值均<0.05)。个人因素中骑车健康认识(有利OR=1.791,不利OR=0.128)、便捷感受度(便捷OR=0.761,不便捷OR=5.762)和骑车技能(OR=2.775)对骑车行为均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。自然环境变量中的骑车环境吸引力(舒适OR=3.091,不舒适OR=0.744)、物理环境变量中骑车距离(适中OR=2.104,不适中OR=0.581)和路面情况好(OR=2.108)均是骑车行为的重要影响因素(P值均<0.05)。结论社会人口特征、社会环境、个人因素和环境因素对高中生自行车骑行行为都产生影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore influential factors of cycling behavior among high school students in Shanghai based on socio-ecological model.Methods Questionnaire was developed among 694 senoir school students based on socio-ecological model to collect information on cycling behavior and related factors.Results Bicycle friendly campus,parent support were social predictors for cycling behavior;health knowledge level,self-perceived convenience,cycling skills were personal predictors for cycling behavior.Attractive cycling environment attraction,distance and slippery road surface were environmental predictors of cycling behavior.Conclusion Socio-demographics,social environment,individual factors and physical environment all have influences on cycling behaviors among high school students.更多还原
