【摘要】 目的了解中国农村中学生受忽视状况的影响因素,为采取有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法根据多阶段分层整群抽样原则,在全国随机抽取9个省/直辖市28个县的8 252名12~17岁在校中学生。采用"中国农村12~17岁中学生忽视评价常模"中的量表和方法进行问卷调查。结果中国12~17岁中学生总忽视率为47.3%,总忽视度为(49.40±9.48),不同年级与不同性别中学生的忽视率与忽视度差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。影响儿童是否受忽视及其受忽视严重程度的危险因素按其强度大小依次为与父母的关系、父母之间的关系、父母工作地点是否变动、父母收入是否减少、性别、是否有单独房间、是否独生子女(P值均<0.05)。结论中国12~17岁农村中学生受忽视状况严重,其影响因素涉及家庭、学校和社会各个方面。需多部门采取综合性的防控措施,减少农村中学生忽视的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the influential factors of neglect for middle school students in China’s rural,and to provide scientific basis for adopting effective intervention measures. Methods According to the principle of multi-stage stratified cluster sampling,8 252 middle school students aged 12- 17 years were extracted from 28 counties in nine provinces/municipalities randomly. Results The total neglect rate was 47. 3%,total neglect degree was 49. 40 ± 9. 48 of middle school students aged 12-17 years in China’s rural. The significant statistical difference was found in the neglect rate and neglect degree of different grade and different gender groups( P < 0. 05). The risk factors for affecting whether children being neglected and the order of severity,according to the intensity,turn for " the relationship between parents and children,the relationship between the parents,whether parents’ working place changed,whether parents’ income decreased,the gender,whether there is a separate room,whether the one-child"( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The neglect status of Chinese middle school students aged 12- 17 years is serious,and family,school and society are involved in the influencial factors. Cooperated comprehensive intervention should be adopted to reduce neglect among rural children.更多还原
