【摘要】 目的了解龙岩市中等职业学校学生性健康知识知晓情况,为开展性健康教育活动提供依据。方法以问卷调查的方式,对龙岩市3所中职学校学生采取分层整群抽样调查,共调查学生928名,对收集的数据进行统计学分析。结果 58.8%的学生在进入中等职业学校前未接受过性教育,学生对性卫生、性安全等性健康知识认知程度较低,女生尤为突出,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。学生性态度较为开放,但对性行为带来的危害认知不足,对接受学校性教育的主动性不高。学生中牵手、拥抱、接吻现象较为普遍,性行为发生率为9.4%,均为男生高于女生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。中职生获取性知识的途径主要以自主学习书报和查看网络、电视、广播为主;遇到性困扰时,多数学生倾向于向朋友求助。结论中等职业学校学生对性健康知识的认知、态度、行为等均存在问题,男生和农村女生是教育的重点。应高度重视并积极实施青少年性健康教育,尤其应加强农村学生的教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide evidence about the sexual health knowledge,attitudes and behaviors and to develop sexual education among secondary vocational school students. Methods Questionnaires were completed by 928 students in three secondary vocational schools. This questionnaire recorded socio-demographic information,sexual health knowledge,attitudes,experience of sexual intercourse,and sexual risk behavior and outcomes. Results About 58.8% of all students had never received sexual education before. Low level knowledge regarding sexual health and safe sex was particularly evident,especially among girls. The majority of students in secondary vocational schools were generally liberal in their attitudes to sex. Most participants reported holding hands,hugging,or kissing at school. About 9.4% of students reported experience of sexual intercourse,with boys higher than girls. The main sources of information on sexual health were newspapers / magazine,internet,television and broadcasting. Most students tended to seeking help from friends when they met sex disturbance. Conclusion The findings demonstrate lack of sexual health knowledge,sexual attitudes and sexual behaviors among secondary vocational students,which indicates the importance of tailoring health education and promotion to meet the specific needs of those student groups.更多还原
