【摘要】 目的总结创伤性浮膝治疗经验,并探讨浮膝损伤的手术方法及临床疗效。方法 12例浮膝损伤患者除1例合并血管神经损伤者行外固定支架固定术外,其余11例患者均行二期开放复位内固定术治疗。结果采用Karlsfrom和Olerud制定的评定标准进行评价:优6例,良4例,可1例,差1例,优良率为83.3%。结论创伤性浮膝损伤,应在生命体征平稳后采用合适内固定方式手术治疗,防止严重并发症的产生,尽可能恢复患者关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment effects of operation in floating knee injury.Methods 11 patients with floating knee injury were treated with selective operation.1patient combined vascular nerve injury performed emergency operation with external fixation.The fracture was treated with external fixation,plate and intramedullary fixation.The injury soft tissue was repaired with primary suture,skin grafting and tissue flap transposition.Results According to the Karlstrom and Olerud score system,6cases were excellent,4cases were good,1case was fair and 1cases was poor.Conclusion During the treatment of floating knee injury,we should pay more attention to the soft tissue repair,combined injury treatment,use suitable and personally treatment to recovery the function of patients maximally.更多还原
