【摘要】 目的研究络氨酸蛋白激酶受体A2(EphA2)、上皮细胞钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及相关性。方法将62份喉鳞状细胞癌标本作为实验组,另选取同期60例鳞状上皮正常者标本作为对照组,采用免疫组化链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶链接法(SP法)对两组标本进行检查,对比两组EphA2、E-cadherin的表达情况。结果实验组EphA2表达阳性率高于对照组,但E-cadherin表达阳性率低于对照组,组间差异均有显著性(均P<0.01)。在喉鳞状细胞癌标本中,EphA2与E-cadherin的表达呈负相关。结论在喉鳞状细胞癌发生发展中,EphA2起促进作用,E-cadherin起抑制作用,研究EphA2、E-cadherin在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及相关性具有重要现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study EphA2,E-cadherin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation.Methods 62 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma collected as the experimental group,and 60 cases of normal squamous epithelium of the same period selected as the control group,were detected by streptavidin peroxidase(SP)immunohistochemistry staining.The relevance of the expression of EphA2 and E-cadherin in LSCC was analyzed.Results The expression of EphA2 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while the expression of Ecadherin in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between the expression of EphA2 and E-cadherin(P<0.01).In LSCC,The expression of EphA2 was inversely correlated with that of E-cadherin.Conclusion EphA2 may accelerate the genesis or progress of LSCC,and E-cadherin may inhibit the genesis or progress of LSCC.EphA2,E-cadherin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation has a very important practical significance.更多还原
